You have 6 different styles to choose from for your client. Alternatively, we can choose for you.  And each style comes with a choice of 8 surround colours to match your interior. For most clients, we suggest going with ortiginal design.  

If you can't find a style that you think will speaks to your clients best, please ask us for a bespoke design, and we'll make one for you at no extra cost.

At what stage stage of the sale do we submit orders? Submit orders for artistic title plans when you have Land Registry documents in your client/buyer's name.

Which design should I choose? Depending on how well you know your client, the safest choice is the Original Design, with a black, white, or red surround. We will be offering gift voucher option where your client can choose their own design. 

How long does it take? This will depend on the size of the order. Generally, allow up to 7- 14 working days for processing and delivery once your orders have been placed. 

Is this a legal document? No — it's purely decorative. We're not affiliated with Land Registry, and the artwork can't be used as legal documentation.
